Military Shrine in Asiago.

Some sadness numbers of the wars.

Shrine stored in 12,795 Italian soldiers known dead of World War I, plus 3 also identified of World War II, whose names are engraved in alphabetical order. The mortal remains of 21,491 unknown fallen shall be collected in large common grave in the central galleries. Shrine also lie in the fallen 20,000 Austro-Hungarian, of which 8,238 known, from the old cemeteries of war abandoned at the time located in various locations Italian. A total of 54,286 lie in the Shrine of the fallen of war 1915-1918 and 3 of the war 1940-1945.
